Rebates are available for the following listed health funds. Claims are made after the session directly to the health fund. Check with your fund to confirm your eligibility. BUPA: Some Extras packages cover "Counselling." Item numbers J100 and J200. Medibank Private: Members whose Extras cover includes "Mental health support." Item numbers are 500 and 800. AHM: Members whose Extras cover includes “Psychology and Counselling." Item numbers are 500 and 800. ARHG: (encompassing St Luke's Health, Police Health, GMHBA, Westfund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, CUA Health, AIA Health and Teachers Union Health.) Police Health and Emergency Services Health: extras cover COUNSELLING. Check item numbers 4401, 4402, 4403 to confirm your cover. HCF: Members with extras cover for '"Counselling" National Disability Insurance Scheme: NDIS recipients who have discretionary rights over some of their budget are welcome. |
Each session is a strict 60 minutes, which includes arrival and payment at the end of the session, allowing for a 50 minute counselling session. Late arrivals will still need to end at the appointed time. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and a first missed appointment incurs no charge.
Standard Cancellation Charges:
- 24 hours prior to your appointment - no charge
- Up to 6 hours before your appointment, or before 8am for a morning appointment - 50%
- Less that 6 hours before or a non-attendance - 100%
