Online sessions

Video sessions are available for those who prefer to meet remotely, live outside the Inner West, or have access needs that make in-person attendance difficult. Sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video platform — no special software required.

Cancellation policy

Each session is a strict 60 minutes, which includes arrival and payment at the end of the session, allowing for a 50-minute counselling session. Late arrivals will still need to finish at the appointed time.

Private health rebates

Health fund
cover.

Rebates may be available through a number of private health funds. Claims are made directly to your fund after each session. Check with your fund to confirm your level of cover and eligibility.

Some Extras packages cover Counselling — item numbers J100 and J200.
Medibank Private
Extras cover including Mental Health Support — item numbers 500 and 800.
AHM
Extras cover including Psychology and Counselling — item numbers 500 and 800.
ARHG funds
Including St Luke’s, Police Health, GMHBA, Emergency Services Health, AIA Health, HCF, Teachers Union Health, Nurses & Midwives Health, and others.
NDIS
Recipients with discretionary rights over part of their budget are welcome.
